Refund Policy
We first try to resolve activation problems. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country.

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the annual license’s first activation. Include the MAC address, payment email, and transaction number.
Eligible cases
A request is reviewed when the app cannot be activated or its core function cannot be used because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time.
Non-eligible cases
Refunds do not cover a third-party playlist or channel failure, missing content, weak internet, unsupported hardware, a change of mind after substantial use, or illegal use.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. PayPal, Stripe, or your financial institution may take several business days to show the funds.
Renewals
For an unintended renewal, contact us promptly before using the renewal period. We will review the request under applicable law and the license status.
